I have used service several times but on 2nd Dec I was disapointed as glasses did not arrive when they said they would approx 14 days late and one was broken on opening

I have just seen this comment which is very disappointing to hear. I will look into why this happened and find out if you received a replacement. We do pack them better now!

Thanks for getting back to me I was sent a letter by some one and a voucher i could use But as the glasses where a christmas presant for someone else i did not think this resolved the problem and will not be in a hurry to use or recomend your services in the future E Cotton
Great service, received quickly and ontime. Tennis comeback trainer not as good as we hoped but otherwise products were excellent.

Very sorry to hear that the Comeback Trainer did not work well. I can recommmend that it is set up high above the grass as it is not really designed to touch the grass. I am very happy to send you another elastic free of charge if you would like one? Mark

I bought the full set of wooden fox hunt figures. The character of each of them is uniquely charming. We have them set up on a shelf surrounding a pub table and get a real charge out of seeing them...

We have them set up on a shelf surrounding a pub table and get a real charge out of seeing them there. Oddly, once all the figures were set out, they filled the area perfectly - like it was meant to be! Thanks so much!
