Efficient and very helpful when I had a query about my order. Received my item quickly and well packaged. Some very nice pieces in the collection. I have already recommended the company to friends.

I made an error whilst filling out delivery address ,my order was already with royal Mail couldn't find the house so it was returned to a sender ,I got in touch with little keepsakes they resolved my...

They did make my requests a priority and sort out my issues quickly but this would not encourage me to use again.
