I travel a lot for work, so, staying in a big, impersonal multi national chain is pretty soul destroying. Staying in a pub is a lot more friendly. The website is very easy to use.

The website content is great. Pub details very clear. But the website itself moves terribly slowly and easily falls over making the user experience frustrating.

Received confirmation but no booking, called the pub and apparently this happens all the time pub is completely full and has been all week. I am now without a room for tomorrow night!
