The program was phased out over a three-month period, with a staggered timeline from points redemption to final usage. The expiry date for redeeming points was December 31st, 2024. This information was communicated via our website and through multiple email updates to all customers during the transition. After our rebrand to RunDNA, we introduced the SPORT15 discount code (which you successfully applied to your order) to support any customers who may have missed these communications. We’ve worked hard to ensure continuity between Sportitude and RunDNA - the team, website, and customer experience remain largely the same, with a few enhancements we hope you’ve noticed. As a business, our pricing must remain competitive while also respecting our brand and supplier agreements. While we do our best to price match where possible, we also need to be mindful of the expectations and guidelines set by our partnered brands. Additionally, as product models evolve, changes in RRP reflect a range of factors beyond our control. We’re truly sorry to hear that your recent experience didn’t meet expectations.
