Well my old washing machine broke down they couldn't fix it in the end. So they replaced it with a a brand new one. I'm so happy now. As I had to rely on my neighbours for 4 weeks till it got sorted.
I was very pleased with the way in which my call was dealt with in a friendly and understanding mannner
