I am sorry to hear that it was such a long wait for your badges, we have initiated a change in the process for badge orders which should stop this from happening again. I agree that you should have been compensated for the wait and if you would like to email me directly to discuss a credit note or discount at kathryn@schoolstickers.co.uk I can get this arranged for you.
They sent the wrong item, so it was too late for us to get the right item for our event. Then we had to ship it back and it took us months to just get the shipping reimbursed. Would NEVER use again,...

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you received the incorrect lanyards and due to the delivery times to the US we were unable to get you a replacement in the time frame that you required them. We have since instated extra quality checks during our dispatch line to ensure errors like this are minimised.

I am sorry to hear that your parcel was received in such a mess. I have checked our emails and my colleague Kaprice has been replying to you - if you could please check your spam folder for her responses. Having looked at the photos it seems the box must have come open upon route to you with the courier. I am sorry that this meant hours of sorting through all the cards.
