The worst! Do not use this company!! Paid for Saturday delivery! Didn't turn up until the Tuesday. No contact from the company. Sent two emails nobody responded. Phoned them and get wouldn't refund...

We can certainly understand your frustration however the floor you purchased was from our basic range and is not a click-together floor, this range is laid one row at a time, had your fitters called we would have talked them through this and put them in touch with our fitters.

As above we share your frustration and appreciate your fitters were trying to fit this together as a click floor and not correctly installed
Goods didn't arrive, complained, told they where resent, never arrived again, complained, told I am being refunded, not refunded yet 1 month later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Thank you for the feedback we are glad you loved your new floor.
Regarding delivery we can only apologise - Due to shortages in the haulage industry the delivery companies sometimes let us down with relaying information regarding deliveries and as we do not own the haulage companies we are also left frustrated trying to get information.
I will ensure we work towards improving in some areas of communication and thanks for bringing this to our attention.
