Hi Emily, yes, you are correct in that I was eventually offered my original quote back and that was what I paid, which I mentioned in my review. I am also aware of the 4-weekly charge and the difference in the amount I paid.
However, my issue is that I was only allowed to go through with my first contract only after they made some calls. Initially, staff handed me a completely different contract to the one I had signed and was adamant that they couldn’t do anything about the one I signed. This interaction happened in-person so you may have not been able to review it.
I have no issue with this anymore as it’s resolved and in the past, but I just wanted to be clear on what happened that day and let potential customers know of my experience. Thank you.
