I have been a customer for years and Next have always provided amazing service!

Have bought from Next for years and never a problem with deliveries or returns. Especially happy they have added more Label brands.

Quick and easy ordering. Fast delivery generally next day. I often have my parcels delivered to my local convenience store then I can collect at the same time as my milk on the way home from work.

Overall the service was very good. However, I was not given the correct labels to return my items at a Hermes collection/returns point. I did not want to pay for a courier. I was not allowed to leave...

I would use Next again as I like their servi ce and the delivery is normally good - the dress in question was not quite what I thought it would be but good for holidays anyway
