Hi Kyle Thanks for the review, sorry to hear you were not happy with our delivery service, I have looked into this further and found that on the day of delivery your customer was not in at the delivery address and was asked to leave with a neighbour. The driver then unloaded the order into the neighbours garage which we feel is quite helpful of him considering the size of the order. Kind Regards Mr Central Heating
