Thank you for your feedback and we are currently working on making the age verification more user friendly, but any difficulties as you mentioned we can easily resolve for anyone having issues. We are also pleased you are appreciate the design we have created to make using the knives easier and more enjoyable. If you keep your knives in the protective sheath and out of the dishwasher, they will remain sharp longer between them needing to be sharpened.
