Many thanks for your 4-star review. We are delighted to hear that some parts of your trip, particularly your experience at Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti, were beyond expectations. Additionally, it’s wonderful to know that your time at Bush Rover Camp was superb, with excellent hospitality and staff. However, we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the car provided for the tour. Whilst all aspects of our tours are health & safety checked, your feedback regarding the condition of the vehicle and the absence of seat belts is very important to us, and we will be sure to address this with our team for future improvements. Furthermore, we appreciate your suggestion about providing more communication tools, such as walkie-talkies, at Bush Rover Camp and will share this with management.
