All good except the fitting of Darci tunic dress ( too big)

Great customer service
Bought these sandals which arrived quickly & well packaged. Great quality but not a good fit for me. Returning was easy & a refund was quick. Would definitely purchase from Hobbs again.

Poor delivery timescales and communication
Despite paying for a 24hr delivery service it took over 10 days to arrive with little communication from Hobbs and no reimbursement of additional delivery charge. The product was great but the...

Hi there, Thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback on your delivery service, I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was not delivered on the following Saturday from the date of ordering, I can confirm unfortunately we are only able to provide Saturday delivery if ordered before 12pm midday on Friday that week. Any orders past this time would be sent for Saturday deliver the following Saturday. Kind regards,
