I have made a recommendation for your service consultant contact you to acknowledge your concerns, apologise for your onsite experiences, and determine a plan on a service recovery . We have relayed your frustration regarding the course conditions & additional concerns to the resort in an attempt to secure an explanation. Golf course maintenance is always a difficult area. Golfbreaks.com were aware the Alto course was scheduled for maintenance and notified our customers who were scheduled to play that course moving them to an alternative course if they wished. Your golf rounds were scheduled late into the recovery stage of maintenance therefore following the recommendation of the resort your arrangements remained the same. There are instances where the maintenance recovery period takes longer than anticipated due to many factors. I do apologise if this was the case.
