Please accept our apologies that your order took longer to arrive than expected. In this instance we were let down by our supplier. Whilst we do chase up orders continually, it is unfortunate that sometimes delays do happen through no fault of our own, and we can only advise of lead times that are given to us by the supplier. I know that this can be frustrating for customers when this happens and we sincerely apologise for this. And because of the inconvenience caused, we did not charge you for delivery. Glasswells Team
