We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. After reviewing your booking in detail, we’d like to clarify a few important points:
The final quoted price for your reservation was $670.54, which included optional services such as Full Coverage, Last Minute Cancellation, and Roadside Assistance—all of which were selected during the booking process and clearly itemized before payment.
As this was a “pay-on-arrival” booking, only the prepayment for extra options of $123.51 USD was charged online at the time of confirmation. The remainder was due at the rental desk.
We understand you experienced a flight delay, and unfortunately, as a result, you were unable to collect the vehicle within business hours. According to our no-show policy, which is shared during the booking process, failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time without prior arrangement with the provider results in the reservation being non-refundable.
We genuinely regret any inconvenience this caused and recognize how frustrating travel disruptions can be. However, these policies are standard across the industry and are necessary to cover vehicle preparation and hold fees charged by our rental partners.
