Excellent customer service
Wrong part sent from the manufacturer but the customer service was excellent and sorted the issue without any trouble and very quickly. Door handles now fitted, look good and work well.

My builder ordered the wrong doors and the wrong size internal frame. Customer services were exceptionally helpful in getting the right doors and the right size door frame.

The company that supplies them went into administration overnight and unfortunately, we had no indication that this was going to happen. Great service!
Excellent quality doors and communication is spot on. One of the doors was damaged in transit, however a replacement was delivered asap and the old one collected. Would definitely recommend this...
