Thank you for your feedback. Currently, in order to create an online returns label, our customers need to fullly register their accounts. This is done after your order has been placed, however, we appreciate this is inconvenient, and we are currently seeking ways to improve this process. Regarding the creasing of the bed linen, as we use natural fibres in our linens, and the look of the Navello is a sophisticated crisp affect, these will inevitably crease more than for example a synthetic blended fabric; although are bed linens do require ironing, certain measures can be taken in order to reduce the amount of creasing. For example, we recommend washing on a heat setting of no more than 40c, and we do not recommend tumble drying.

We do our best to ensure that our photographs are an accurate representation of our products, although we understand that lighting during photography, as well as different screen resolutions can affect the way colour appears. However, if items are drastically different to their appearance on the website, we will investigate this, and look into having our products re-photographed.
