Thank you for your feedback. This is an issue we have taken very seriously, and as a result, a product care leaflet will be sent with every rug we send out. Whilst it is normal for fluff to shed initially, particularly with deep pile rugs, with regular vacuuming, this will stop. I will e-mail you a copy of this document for your reference

Thank you for your feedback. We run checks for unprocessed orders for each day and contact our customers in case they experienced any problems. The report does not acknowledge if further orders are made, because it only acknowledges unprocessed ones. With regards to the product, these glasses are deliberately thin, so as to appear light, delicate and elegant. The nature of this glass therefore requires delicate handling as they will be susceptible to breakages if handled incorrectly. We will however review this, and discuss the matter with our product development team.
