I can see the card you purchased was not a personalized card so it gets sent as a blank card with no message on it, intended to be written by you and given to the recipient. I apologise for the confusion on this and the inconvenience caused.
I cannot see any communication from yourselves o us about this order. We do recommend if you have any issues with your order to get in contact with us directly so we can get this resolved for you. On this occasion we have refunded you in full on this order.
