Unfortunately we do not have a system in place to duplicate personalized cards and just change the name, but we are looking at implementing this. I am sorry we were unable to provide this service for you.
I cannot see any communication from yourself, in regards to this order on our system. We do recommend you contact us directly if you have issues with your order so we can get these resolved as soon as possible for you. On this occasion i have refunded you for the card that arrived bent.
I can see the other cards you ordered, the small size was selected, which is why they were smaller than anticipated. Due to the confusion i have refunded you on the items as well.
