Thank you for your additional comments and whilst we are very very happy that you had a lovely holiday, we are saddened that you were disappointed with your booked and reserved accommodations. As we are sure you can understand, given the constant use, a certain amount of wear and tear will occur however, we are cognisant of this and repairs and minor redecoration projects are completed on a continuous basis throughout the year. Of course, we do appreciate that no matter our endeavour to ensure the property is pristine, due to the resort being operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, there will always be areas of the resort that will show some wear and tear prior to us having the opportunity to refresh their look which is an ongoing process and once again, we are sorry for any disappointment with your booked accommodations. Your comments regarding the dining and suggestions in relation to have a plant based restaurant and using a specific type of butter are very much appreciated and have been shared with the relevant person's for their attention and further review. Much of the changes at our resorts are based on the feedback provided by our loyal valued guests, so thank you for these. We do hope that you will come back and visit us again soon!
