The AXA service was fine. When renewal time approached, I received the full renewal documentation by email. I decided to accept the renewal terms, and just needed to click a link and pay.

Wud be better if u didn't have to go half way round the world BEFORE u get to talk to someone BUT apart from that v pleasant to deal with and I got a bit of a discount which always sweetens the pill....

I recently renewed 2 motor policies and did so over the phone. The 2 assistants that I dealt with were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would certainly recommend AXA .
