Great idea to rent peoples unused Timeshares as gives everyone a chance to stay at property's they may not usually stay at.. but rep on phone not to sure of property details on phone ie rooms/...
Gave the impression of a luxurious, contemporary, exclusive boutique hotel/club. - Far from the truth as it was just a jumped up time share dive.

Had to cut short our two centre holiday due to a family bereavement. I cancelled the second week, but no one has ever contacted me to say I could take it at another date.
