I really value the info & try to use it to improve our service for future customers. I do apologise that we didn’t act faster to secure you an ME70, and apologise if that caused a delay in getting you the unit you wanted. In the last year we have invested over £1m extra in holding stock so that we can supply our customers faster. That said, you point about not being called back is something I shall bring up at our next team meeting, & hopefully we’ll improve this in the future. Thanks, Lee Anderton
