We are aware that some customers have had problems redeeming loyalty points online when the points were awarded in store and vice versa. We are working on getting this fixed as soon as possible. Thank you sir for taking the time to provide us with feedback. The store did become a little chaotic during the refit. The purpose of the refit was to create a better shopping experience for the customer and as part of that our stock room and replenishment system is much more organised now than it was prior to the refit.
