Thanks for your feedback, but you should be reviewing our service, not the car park. I am sorry to hear you had issues with the car park you parked at, we passed those on at the time to the client responsible for security and maintenance. The car park is not advertised as having CCTV so it has not been incorrectly advertised.

Fraud

The parking space advertised on their website doesn’t actually exist, it was clearly a fraud. We have accumulated thousands of £ of parking fines. Avoid at all cost, run!

This was an unfortunate one-off incident. All spaces listed by the advertiser were quickly removed when the issue was noted, and we no longer deal with them. We have paid all your parking fines on your behalf, and your rental has been refunded in full, so you were not out of pocket. We thank you for your patience, time, and assistance while we investigated the matter. We took the company to court to seek compensation for the parking charges we paid for you, and we won the case.
