The Hotel although a little tired the staff the food and the service was excellent...nothing was too much trouble and we really enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel overlooking the bay, an easy walk from the station. Lovely trips on 2 steam railways, plus a boat trip. Frequent buses outside hotel, so easy to get about. Very much enjoyed it.

As usual with Railtrail, the tour was well organised and well executed. Transport arrangements were carefully planned and the excursions to the steam railways which were the basis of the break lived

Everything was well organised , my rail journeys worked well despite a 45 minute engineering works delay near Bristol and there was still time ( quick sprint) to catch my train North from Birmingham
