There didn't seem many individual pieces for 1kg.

Thank you for your feedback. Due to the fact that these are all handmade, sometimes the sizes can vary therefore the pieces per kilo. We estimate that there are between 35- 40 pieces per 1kg, depending on the type of tortelloni. We would recommend this to be enough as a starter for 6-8 people.
