We are so sorry your order was one of the 1000s caught up in the DPD fiasco. We did our best to package all our orders with extra ice packs and in insulated boxes to factor in some delays, however clearly a week was over stretching it. We have reached out to you and of course refunded you for your order. Unfortunately our replies were slow as we closed the office from he 23-28th December then again from the 29th - 3rd January. We hope you managed to have a Happy Christmas despite our package not arriving in its expected condition.
