It started so well…. Absolutely disgusting service received from Travelbag when attempting to pay my holiday balance. MORALES WAS COMPLETELY DISHONEST with what was promised at the time of booking, her failure to manage our booking resulted in flights and a hotel being cancelled which we were not told about and when trying to blame BA didn’t work they tried to blame us for not paying on time! When escalating this to the manager Paul, despite his acknowledgement of Morales’ mistakes and dishonesty, there was no empathy in solving the issue. Awful customer service, no offer to fix the problem, or offer an equivalent booking. Not even an incentive to rebook seeing as we are now less than 4 weeks before our departure and prices are now sky high. Two very upset children who now do not have a holiday after looking forward to it for 11 months.. Waste of time, and completely unprofessional. Book and trust them at your own risk.
