Wonderful, Honest and Sincere!!

It took the order then sent an email it did not deliver to that address. Ir was quite a task placinf the order. They said they would refund. Then had to find another florist.

Easy to use, very well laid out.

Quite easy to order in line. Delivery was as requested. Flowers were as advertised & very nice. Price I guess is competitive but a bit expensive from my view .. flowers & delivery $

The system practical, in terms of choosing a bundle of flowers. My suggestion would to have the drivers holding a bundle so you know who is to deliver your flowers. My driver was actually from my home

So disappointing!!!! Accepted my order and money, then the next day I received a message and email cancelling order because they had over booked for Mother’s Day. Then it was too late to do anything.

Always has great service and delivery, everytime I order from Lily's they continue to surprise me me with hiw beautiful the arrangements are!
