We are sorry to hear that your Transfer did not meet your expectations. Having double checked your booking we can reconfirm that full details of the bus stops, transfer times and your travel destinations were provided on your confirmation email, including your bespoke National Express Booking Reference Number which is always the case with any of our bookings with this transfer provider. We can also see that your confirmation email was received and opened prior to travel.
