We will look to stay with Kia insurance in the future as when I had a little bump there were helpful and efficient and had good communication

Poor customer service
I was given a car that needed air in 2 tyres. It also had no liquid in the windscreen washer. I contacted Kia and they advised me that they would contact me with tyre pressures and I’m still waiting....

The process from the start has been excellent and the communciation keeps you infromaed of every step or any potentila changes that may occur with the claim.

They dealt with us quickly and gave us a hire car . We were only without a car for one day
They also kept us jp to speed with what was happening to our car
