Excellent engineer. Didn't hear a peep out of him. He just got on with the job and it was a great decision.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the installation. Regarding the condense waste we use a larger pipe to prevent freezing, however the weather we recently had was extreme and we tried to deal with the situation as best as we can. Looking at your notes this is best route for the condense pipe to go, and the condense shouldn’t freeze again under normal weather conditions.
