Response from Customer Service was very poor and repeatedly had to escalate items via my course tutor for resolution (and even then it took a lot of time).

I think the lecturer knew his subject, was clear, engaging and funny. The candidates liaised and got on well which helped the learning process. Also, lunch was provided which was a nice bonus!!
