Good quality product but missing a torque bit. Company promised to send one in the post but never did.

Sorry that you never received the screw bit you requested from us – such small parcels have been known to get lost in transit before.
Unfortunately, we were unaware you did not receive the missing part. Had we known we would have re-sent the replacement part to solve this problem.
I mostly dealt with Artur, such a Gentleman, the whole team have done such a awesome job.

Excellent service. Order followed up by a phone call just to chat about size, measurements etc to make sure the security window is made correctly. Informed about delivery all the way. Would recommend.
