Good communication following a minor order error resulted in a replacement item and some freebies within 48 hours. I will certainly be purchasing more from this company despite the initial issue.

Apologies if you were expecting ice cream mochi. This is not something we sell due to the logistical difficulties. We do not mean to mislead anybody, we will do our best to avoid this mistake in the future.
