Very happy with the process to purchase but the delivery service from DHL lets you down. Delayed delivery twice now, impossible to manage last minute changes when you work. Wasted 2 days leave

It took a while to get through to the right department as I was at one point given an email address for EU not UK purchases. This delayed resolution of a problem.
