Some of the key details were vague (eg. the house was split into multiple units and would not feel like a private space) and some were wrong (eg. the XBox promised did not exist).

Thank you for taking time to respond. Our property team will be raising your concerns with the owner of Homestead Cottage however we do believe at less than £20.00 per person,per night for a sleep six cottage with sea views at Easter time was a reasonable rate for your holiday. This said, we apologise for your disappointment and do hope you will return soon to this wonderful part of the South West. Arlene Customer Service Manager
