It has now been 3 months, and whilst the policy payments have been dutifully deducted from my account, I am yet to receive a copy of the policy.

Easy to understand and very helpfull staff at a good price. They sell you what you need and they dont try to sell you added items like most insurance brokers.

I had to have a big arguement not to get double-charged for overlapping period of leaving old insure & when when new policy started. You should have co-ordinated change over date. With commission was...
