Willing to help and go through by showing understanding with customer needs

They looked at all approved insurers offering best price. Negotiable whether permittable informative abd willing to retain an existing customer for the following year.

When changing insurance company I found insure Taxi excellent in both price and customer service that I received from Joe, but since then I have had emails requesting details that have already been passed on,it's seems there is a lack of communication between departments that lead to customer records not being updated. Please get it corrected you started with 5 stars and now Dow to one.
