Only 4 stars because they didn't give me the promised/quoted discount of 10% on renewal! Otherwise good.

Had difficulty renewing.

Had difficulty renewing- thougjt I had paid but had an email to say bill outstanding so have no idea if I am actually covered. I checked the app and it says I am covered so really confusing

lost a renewal notice sent by email.getsafe sent me a copy within 24 hrs so alls well
