Fast and efficient service. I needed to add extras to my order and also needed to exchange items which I'd mistakenly added to basket - all dealt with by Gavin without any bother.
Gavin was very helpful when I wanted to add an extra item to my order after having placed the order. Also I mistakenly ordered items I hadn't meant to, and these were replaced for the intended items...
