Great service but I think the postage and packing could be reduced for additional items. I bought 2 x packs of cartridges and don't think it would of cost very much to send the second pack.

Order arrived well packaged and extremely quickly. Will use Blots again.
Charging for 1st class post seems pointless if they are not posted promptly

Any response will inevitably sound like an excuse. If you read the majority of comments posted about our service they nearly all comment on a swift delivery. However, sometimes, as in this case, we don't live up to a customer's expectations. When that happens we apologise and try harder to ensure that delays in despatch are avoided. We try to post all orders within two days of receipt but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we fail.
