As a Gold Provider for the APM, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience for every learner. The PMQ examination is designed to rigorously assess both knowledge and its practical application, and typically requires around 70 hours of study. To support this, we provide a range of supplementary reference materials, along with the latest APM guidance on the examination process and requirements. These resources are made easily accessible via our learning platform, where learners have a dedicated portal, as well as through links to relevant APM documentation. Exam bookings are arranged in full consultation with each learner. Additional processes are also in place where reasonable adjustments are requested, ensuring appropriate support is provided. We will, of course, undertake a thorough review of our practices in light of your feedback. This course is the intellectual property of the ECITB, and as an authorised training provider we deliver it in line with the structure and requirements set out by the ECITB. The course is designed to provide a fundamental overview of document management within a project environment. As a result, it includes elements of project management fundamentals to provide the context on which the document management content is based. For many participants this provides useful background; however, it does appear that in your case this level of foundational material may not have been necessary and that a more advanced or specialist course may have been a better match for your experience and expectations. We do always aim to help customers select the most appropriate course for their needs, and we are sorry that on this occasion the course did not meet your expectations.
