Seems like a fairly safe way to earn a bit more than I can from a bank at the moment. Easy to create an account and takes minimal time to monitor.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. An excellent residential secured product that is simple to use. The rate isn't spectacular, but then, neither is the effort or risk.

Easy to sign up and a straightforward product offering. Not the highest p2p rates on offer but neither is the underlying risk. Stringent underwriting standards and credit due diligence.
