Easy to access and understand what is being offered.
No issues with the insurance.the voucher arrived stated 3 months use but only had 4 weeks left to use it.also when I went to use the voucher and in my insurance I was told I would receive £20 voucher.this arrived and stated 20 on the card but only £10 was loaded onto it. Debenhams were good and honoured it as a good will gesture.although it shouldn't have been a good will gesture my policy stated £20 voucher not £10
