Extremely poor
Nobody could be bothered to show us to our room after check in for starters after arriving at 10.30pm.
We didn't at first get the room we booked, we were given a twin room which is no good to us...

A highly professional company , we would always travel to Eygpt with them
We always travel with red sea as they are good value and everything has always run smoothly
I also like the late check out as standard on day of departure

Great company! Great service! Fabulous resort!
The staff that dealt with my booking were extremely helpful & very professional & possess excellent customer service skills. I was guaranteed an isle seat as I was travelling alone

I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again. Everything they did here and in Egypt was spot on very good customer service all round

Absolutely disgusted in the hotel, this was more a 2* the pool was awful tiles coming off bottom of pool, staff were very rude , warm drinks. To get a drink in air conditioning area we had to pay for...

Be more accurate with listings. The sunwing Hotel was no more than a 3 star. The website needs an update as very slow and outdated. The rep was nice and transfers were good.
