I am blown away by your response to replace the batch sent out to me. I have amended my score to 5 stars for customer care and service. I would appreciate a new batch been sent out and will definitively continue buying my coffee from you as I have done over the last 2 years without any issues.

Great coffee
Simple to order, speedy delivery great coffee. I got the chocolate collection but added a bag of I JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT TO BREW WITH Myself, which tasted fantastic.

Good value, prompt and friendly service!
Cheapest I found for the aero press travel and came with free coffee as well! Good price for the additional coffee I ordered too. And a nice hand-written note on the receipt made me smile :-) haven’t...
